Thirumalai Chemicals - Supervisor Trainee - Plant Engineering (0-2 yrs)
1) Checks, operates, monitors and observes all activities/situations on plant equipment.
2) Ensure safe operation of plant.
3) Stabilize the Plant during the Abnormalities and Emergencies.
4) Handle Plant Startup and Shut down operations
5) Maintain and keep log of all Registers (process & Maintenance parameters)
6) Comply with all safety norms and housekeeping practices.
7) Ability to communicate clearly too all supervisors, engineers, trainees through wireless radio
8) Follow all SOP's of plant.
9) Adhere to all Systems (Safety / ISO/TPM/QMS/EMS/HACCP)
10) Attend Department level training & inter-department training as and when required.
11) Knowledge in Safety work permits systems
12) Make report on Daily production activities.
13) Thorough knowledge of handling of Chemicals.
14) Coordinate Shift Activities and must work in shifts.
15) Knowledge of loading & unloading of raw material etc.
