Engineering Manager - Sr. Manager - AGM Level 

- Should have basic knowledge in the design engineering of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation

- Should have the good knowledge in engineering and procurement co-ordination

- Good knowledge in review of drawings and optimization of the design

- Experience in Layout designs and basic process knowledge in Beneficiation, Pellet, etc.,

- Knowledge in design of Belt conveyors, Mechanical and utility designs

- Designing/Reviewing of Mechanical & Utility design and drawings, Preparing technical evaluation sheets in Pellet, power and SMS for any Public/government sector companies.

- A better understanding of solving site related problems (design supervision)

- Proposal engineering, Estimation, MIS report preparation

- Engineering management of large scale project engineering handling with engineering company and client.

- Experience in working /coordinating all discipline of engineering in an engineering company

- Coordination with construction site - engineering - vendors.

Skills : Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office. Proficiency in ACAD will be an added advantage.

- Estimation of Mechanical & Utility components for Pellet, power, Coal handling/Iron ore/Various mineral crushing & beneficiation plants.

- IS code and international codes knowledge.

Roles & Responsibility :

- Design engineering coordination of Mechanical related engineering with design & engineering consultant outside India/India for smooth and timely completion of engineering

- Making the detailed procurement planning, BOQ finalization, technical evaluation of offers and finalization of vendors technically.

- Design & engineering of Material handling systems, plant layout, Mech. GA of process buildings (Material handling), DRI, CHP, Crushing and Screening plants., Large scale beneficiation plant

- Coordination for engineering with consultants for various projects and with site engineering teams for in-house projects.

- Experience in engineering of Green field/ Brown field projects.

- Reviewing drawing/documents related to Mechanical and utilities of various CHP, Iron ore central processing units and mineral beneficiation plants projects.

- To check and approve of Mech. GA, Trough Belt conveyors, Cov. Design calc.

- Preparation of Material handling schemes and design for various projects including Iron ore crushing & Screening, CHP, RHMS etc.

- Preparation of DBR and Engineering in Utilities (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Raw, Potable and Service Water circuit. STP, ETP HPDSS)

- Study the various mining Government/Private tenders and prepare CAPEX and OPEX estimations for the CHP/ Central processing Units/Beneficiation plants.

- Generate cost estimates for project and cash flow scenarios.

- Participates in Equipment Selection, Prepare Technical comparisons of various equipment and involve in initial Techno-Commercial negotiations with vendors.

- To monitor project timelines as per Bar chart.

- Work with internal and external customer during various stages of project starting proposal, project award, engineering, procurement, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and closeout stages

Experience :

- 10 - 14 years in a reputed design engineering firm OR Engineering division of reputed EPC firm Company Lloyds Metal & Energy Ltd.
