Tool Design Role (3-8 yrs)
Job Description
Technical Skills / Knowledge
Candidate having 3 -7 years experience in Tool Design & Automation
1 Assembly tools with Rotating chairs, Tilting ? indexing mechanism.
2 Lifting tools, Measuring tools, Test beds, Poka - yoke.
3 Material handling equipment's, transport trolleys, service tools/ trolleys, Kanban / kitting trolleys / racks / inspection tables
4 Hydraulic machine fixtures experience will be added advantage, but not essential.
5 Experience in automation / sensors selection / smart tools will be plus.
6 Good in manufacturing drawing / GD&T
7 Good communication skills written and verbal - should able to handle European and American customers independently / with minimum supervision
8 Will be of added benifit if knowledgeable in languages like German & French
Software Skills : ( Any of below - Catia Preferred ) : CATIA V5 / 3DX / Creo
Education Background:
- BE Mechanical / Production ( Frist Class & No Educational Gaps)
- Additional qualification in Tool Design, will be plus ( Indo German Tool Room)
