Tool & Die Maintenance Role (8-10 yrs)
Job Duty-
1. Responsible for Regular maintenance of Progressive dies of Electrical, Electronics and automotive parts.
2. Responsible for MTTR & MTBF of die maintenance function.
3. Responsible for repairing the Progressive dies on line in case of problem during production.
4. Responsible for conducting die trials after corrections in the mechanical power presses ranging from 80 - 500 T
5. Responsible for Proposal & Leading improvements in dies to improve part quality, Productivity, reduce die maintenance & die repair time.
6. Responsible for die spare parts management.
7. Responsible for managing & training die maintenance associates.
8. Responsible for Identifying, managing, and providing technical support to vendors to make the die spare parts on time.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Diploma / Degree / Post Diploma from NTTF
2. Having 8 - 10 Years of experience in maintaining progressive dies of electrical & Electronic parts.
3. Need experience in tool manufacturing processes like wire cutting, CNC machining & EDM machining.
4. Experience to work in computer software like MS office, ERP
5. Experience in maintenance welding is preferred.
6. Experience in studying tool drawings & in GD&T.
