Tooling Design Engineer - Automobile Spare Parts (5-21 yrs)
We are an executive search firm based in MUMBAI looking for the following opening for our client.
Company : Leading manufacturer of Precision turned & cold forging components, Automobile spare parts and other various components like studs, taper plugs, banjo bolts, dowel pins, pins, all kinds of nuts, shafts, screws, adapters, connectors, bushes, spacer, filler & magnetic plugs, Assy. Dipstick Guides and various other components
Position: Tooling Designer/ Design Engineer at Vasai Plant.
Qualification: BE /Diploma
Experience: 6-8 years in Fastener industries (in Multi-station Nut Former & Bolt Former)
Job Description:
1. Having knowledge of PPAP Documents.
2. He should design tooling of dies of banjo bolts, spacers, stud, taper plug.
3. Manage to work of New Product Developments related parts.
4. Make the Process Drg. Of the Required Items & Their Feasibility & Technical Feasibility & products developments.
5. Make The Sequence Design & Tool Design of Bolts, Screws, Rivets, Stud, Flange Bolt, Hex Bolt, Socket Head Bolt, Pin, Axle Shafts Etc. & Other Special Nuts as per customer specification.
6. Handle the Production Planning Control of Cold Forging Section,
7. Handle the Raw Material Planning & Requirement,
8. Handle the Tooling Development Planning from vendors,
9. Knowledge of Costing of cold Forge Parts.
