TPM Manager - Manufacturing Operations (7-12 yrs)
Title : TPM Manager
Experience : 7 to 12 years experience in TPM, Process Improvement & Lean
Kannada language must
B.tech Preferred
Job purpose : To spearhead and co-ordinate initiatives pertaining to start, implement and sustaining continuous in
improvement Manufacturing Operations specially foceusing on TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
Key responsibilities :
- To initiate TPM implementation at new units
- To Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit protocol
- To provide training on TPM to Managers and create TPM Leaders
- To identify areas for extending and expanding TPM initiative
Measures to success :
- Implementation of TPM programme as per agreed plan
- Audit and Improvement Plan implementation
- Expansion of TPM and Benchmark against Heineken Standards
