Job Specification :
- Sound Chemical / Mechanical Engineer from reputed institute (preferably IITs, NIT, BITS Pilani) with 1-1.5years of experience in Chemical / Petrochemical / FMCG/ Pharma industry in Manufacturing/Operations functions.
- The Graduate will be part of the Chemical Company Graduate Program for a period of 2 years with international exposure. He shall undergo 4 rotations, each for a duration of 6 six months during the two years program.
- Therotation would be across any of the functions like Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Projects, Safety Health & Environment, Supply Chain, etc to ensure that he has 360 degree knowledge and hands-on experience with regards to various aspects of Operations. In addition, he shall undergo non-technical training and development on four occasions with the Asian graduates from various countries.
- After the two year traineeship, he shall be given final placement in any of the positions in the Operations team of interest/open at that point of time.
