Must Have Key Skills :

- The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities :

- Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule, production planning and stock

- Maintain clean and safe workplace

- Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements

- Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies

- Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources

- Increase production capacity and flexibility while maintaining quality standards

- Take responsibility for daily production output and product quality

- Ability to manage multiple shifts

- Monitor operations and take corrective actions to adhere to daily production targets

- Share metrics and performance targets with top management

- Recruit, manage and develop the work force

- Ensure a safe work environment for all

- Address employee issues or grievances

- Stay up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and concepts

- Proven work experience as a Production Manager. 


- Working experience in electronics production assembly will be an added advantage.

- Proven managerial experience

- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skill

- Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations

- Strong communication, management and supervisory skills

- Knowledge of management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

- Familiarity with industry standards and technical expertise
