Transformer Design Head (15-20 yrs)
- Design & Development of power & Distribution Transformers (16 KVA to 10 MVA).
- Responsible for design of transformers including preparation of material ordering.
- Responsible for preparation of offer design for transformers. Developed offer design costing tool and material cost database in Microsoft excel and responsible for improvement and Upgrade of the same.
- Design and cost optimization with the help of effective discussions with manufacturing, marketing and corporate strategic purchase and logistics department.
- Need based guidance/training to the employees working in design department in all respects.
- Ensuring timely preparation of design & issue of drawings for production as well as for purchase dept. and tender requirement for marketing dept
