We are into bitumen business and have gained immense expertise in supplying & trading of Polymer modified bitumen, crumb rubber industry.
Job Details :
- Managing, monitoring and developing a team of drivers and their controlling, making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
- Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles (Trucks ).
- Making sure that all transport vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently of working Drivers.
- Strong communication skills and Problem solving on prioritizing skills.
- People management skills.
- Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices.
- Responsible for getting the right products in the right quantities, to the right locations all at the right time.
- Responsible to maintain proper stock records of product and dispatch.
- Responsible for Trucks spare parts management and maintenance.
- Able to work with and coordinate a wider team to deliver a first class transport service.
Qualification : Any Graduation
