Job Summary :

- Responsible to manage day-to-day operations and ensure all the cases related to breakdown are closed within the TAT (Turn around Time)

- Responsible to manage and improve the NPS (Net Promoter Score)

- Responsible to reduce the cost of service brake-down and achieve revenue target through spare part and contract sales

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- To ensure optimal productivity and efficiency for service engineers

- To manage Revenue & Cost (Spare part, contract sales, breakdown management, Service Repair & Maintenance Process )

- To generate revenue through AMC/ASC/Spares sale/Paid Calls

- To manage and maximize revenue through spare part and contract sales

- To manage and minimize costs for Service / Repair work through breakdown management

- To delegate, the breakdown calls across the country to engineers

- To manage Installation/Complaints/Preventive Maintenance

- To manage AMC/ASC/Survey/Invoice/Payment Visits

- To manage and improve the NPS (Net Promoter Score)

- To plan and upgrade the team through rigors training

- Responsible for Spare part inventory.

- To maintain contract sales profitability.

- To order spare parts in warranty claims.

- Answers technical questions about problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
