Triquetro - Home Planner - Civil & MEP Works (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Home improvement services category includes civil & MEP works (eg false ceiling, painting, tiling, electrical, plumbing) and non-standard furniture(eg wall paneling, vanity unit).
Responsibilities :
- Generate BOQ for execution as per site conditions
- Ensure preparation of BOM for all the sites for raising PO.
- Discuss and clarify queries raised by Designers and Project Manager
- Generate GFC drawing set for Site execution
- Do rate analysis for non-standard items
- Prepare costing - (Manpower+Material) for each project
Good to have :
- 3+ years of residential/commercial interior experience preferably worked in 2-3 yrs in Execution & 2-3 yrs on thorough knowledge of costing - raw materials and labor used in interior work
- Proficient in MS Excel.
