Triquetro - Senior Project Manager - Residential Project (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Responsible for execution, Monitoring, preparation of review and statistical data to ensure timely completion.
2. Monitor the work progress as per the plan
3. Identify and control slippage
4. Suggest ways to make up the slippage time and recovery.
5. Responsible for over all Safety and Quality
6. To co-ordinate for drawings in advance with the Head Office or client.
7. To identify cost overrun items areas and to suggest ways to contain the same.
8. Over all check on material and labour on site.
9. Ensure reconciliation of materials at site.
10. Identify future problems as per scheduled programme and suggest solutions.
11. Monitoring and co-ordination of Ra bills with site and client.
12. Over all, This position requires strong communication skills, leadership quality, strong managerial and administrative abilities, team handling and team motivation, deliverables, quality and timelines and overall responsible for making strong contributions to the strategy and growth of the organization
