Job description : TruckEasy is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Operations Manager to help us run our business activities. You will be required to work closely with the founders and ensure efficient working of the operation team, good field relations with the clients and partners in the region.
- To handle the day to day operations
- Should be data-driven and ready to take on any challenges.
- Should be adept at handling ambiguous situations.
- Should be on the lookout to improve customer satisfaction and ensure that a more efficient system/process is brought in.
- Will need to manage a team and ensure that each team member performs at their full potential.
- Will have to interact with multiple teams/departments to ensure that your team is able to deliver maximum productivity
