Roles and responsibilities
1. Ensuring smooth production process
2. Interacting with the factory and getting timely updates on all orders
3. Effective communication with the customer service team to ensure ontime production.
4. Arranging fabrics and materials on time with respect to delivery timeline.
5. Visiting factory to check on the production of all orders whenever required .
6. Managing logistics of samples and catalogs for customers .
7. Maintaining a list of orders and updating it on every step of production.
Required skills:
1. Basic excel
2. Kannada / Hindi/ English speaking
3. Effective communication and analysing skills
