Tube Plant Incharge (9-18 yrs)
1. Working experience must in TUBE MANUFACTURING
2. Thorough knowledge of TUBE MANUFACTURING Square, RHS & CHS with different size
3. Knowledge in ROLLS profile & Pass arrangement to get size what management wants
4. Well conversant with international quality standards, and specifications and common procedures of TUBE PLANT
5. Should have worked in TUBE PLANT shift In charge in minimum 5 Years
6. Optimization of TUBE MILL PRODUCTION & MINIMIZE REJECTION AND SCARP
7. Should be conversant with maintenance practices followed in TUBE INDUSTRY and guide maintenance team on ground
8. Self-starter / motivated, should be able to lead the team with initiatives and comply with Management policies
9. Overseas exposure desired
10. Knowledge in Slitting Size setting to Minimize the wastage
11. RAW MATERIAL management
12. Over all Shift Responsibility of TUBE plant operation and maintenance
13. Knowledge in different Size of TUBE, RHS, CHS preparation.
14. Planning Rolls, Consumables, maintenance activities required for smooth and uninterrupted operations
15. Experience with Minimum 10 Years as In Charge Level in Tube Manufacturing and Operation
16. Knowledge in Slitting Section where his core focus is to Slit Coil with Minimum Wastage and optimize process
17. TUBE, RHS & CHS production with Minimum Rejection.
18. Follow organizations Budgeted norms and unit consumptions
19. Knowledge in Maintenance of Slitting & TUBE section, It is most important
20. Knowledge in Quality Aspect of whole Product, Like TUBE, RHS, CHS & PLATE
21. Maintain log of production and stocks
22. Control manpower guide and train local staff.
