Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Taking decisions related to warranty pertaining vehicle repair.
- Ensuring customer approval for the estimate by getting his signatures and handing over the same to DMS for opening job card and handing over to Shop Floor Supervisor.
- Ensuring WIP job status is updated every two hours on the board and keeping customer informed about the vehicle repair estimated time or any delays.
- Responsible for explaining the billing details to the customer.
- Ensuring all customer complaints are handled well and escorting customer out of the front office.
- Promoting value added services to the customers for profitability of the company.
- Adhere to company safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good relationship with customer to achieve high CSI
- Update feedback reports from customers and prepare MIS reports.
