Please note: This position is contractual. The actual work profile will be for Uber Chennai, however the payslips will flow through a 3rd party vendor.

Brief JD/Responsibilities of the role:

1) Strategic alliances & partnerships - crack strategic partnerships with public & private firms for brand visibility and improving rider pickup experience

2) Analytics - Construct A/B testing experiments based on engagement analytics to improve trip growth & reduce rider churn

Research & insights - develop bottom-up research methodologies according to business goals and extract insights

3) Places approach - own end to end operations framework for revenue growth & service excellence for top 20 demand centres in the city

4) Stay up to date with Uber brand guidelines (awareness of internal blogs, mails etc.) & sustain it during any campaign execution

5) Develop basic content for all Communications

6) Be the execution SPOC while implementing any on-demands or local partnerships with end objective being Rider Love

7) Setting up logistics

8) Talking to relevant stakeholders to get ops started for the event

9) Handle partner objections/demands

10) Special projects & initiatives - be the execution SPOC for the city team while implementing any strategic on-ground projects

Experience(s) required:

1) Post graduation experience of min 2+ years would be preferred

2) Ideally bachelor's/masters from premium institutes (Anna University, SSN, SVCE, SRM, VIT, IIT, NIT, BITS, LIBA etc.)

3) Experience of working in Chennai market is important

Major skill sets:

1) Working knowledge of MS Excel & SQL is preferred

2) Strategic & Analytical experience

3) Good communication skills & presentation abilities

4) Knowledge of Tamil speaking/understanding may be preferred
