UK Concept Designer - Senior Architect (5-6 yrs)
- Minimum Criteria for Hiring a Candidate with a Bachelor of Architecture, Fieldwork Knowledge, Interior Works Knowledge, Exterior Elevation Design, 5-6 Years of Experience, and Ability to Lead a Team :
1. Educational Qualifications :
- A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from an accredited institution.
2. - Architectural Licensing :
- Possession of relevant architectural licenses or the ability to obtain them as required by the jurisdiction.
3. Fieldwork Experience :
- Demonstrated fieldwork knowledge and experience gained during academic studies or professional practice.
- Familiarity with on-site construction processes, site analysis, and project management.
4. Interior Works Knowledge :
- Understanding of interior design principles and the ability to integrate interior spaces into architectural plans effectively.
5. Exterior Elevation Design :
- Proficiency in designing exterior elevations of residential buildings, including bungalows.
6. Experience :
- A minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in architectural design and fieldwork, including both interior and exterior projects.
7. Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools for interior and exterior design.
8. Project Exposure :
- Exposure to a variety of architectural projects, both interior and exterior, showcasing versatility in design.
9. Communication Skills :
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members on-site, with the ability to explain and present design concepts.
10. Problem-Solving Abilities :
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing design and construction challenges for both interior and exterior projects.
11. Safety and Compliance :
- Awareness of safety protocols and regulations related to construction sites, including both interior and exterior works.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage architectural teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members.
