Place of Posting : Noida, U.P

Salary : Up to Rs. 18.00LPA

Role & Responsibilities :

- Hands-on with all aspects of In-process Quality Assurance in Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry with focus on improving PPM Rejections/ Rework and implement Statistical Quality Control (SQC)/ Statistical Process Control (SPC), QC etc.

- Implement Quality Circles/ Quality Improvement Projects, 5S, Kaizen etc.

- Expertise to drive Quality systems like QS/ ISO/ TS and Internal Audits for ISO/ TS/ 16949.

- Develop instructions and processes based on FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis).

- Plan and ensure compliance to internal audits/ MRM as per QMS/ ISO/ TS 16949.

- Ensure effective follow-up with internal departments to drive closer of NCR and open points during the customer audit.

- Monitor and develop systems to improve Customer Satisfaction Index and address customer grievances/ complaints in a systematic and timely manner.

- Develop MIS, monitor/ analyze QA/QC reports and report variance with Corrective Action-Preventive Action (CAPA).

- Experience of Wiring Harness Product is a plus.
