Mechanical Engineer - Analysis and Simulations at Unbox Robotics

Roles & Responsibilities:

Formulate Mathematical models and other methods of computer analysis to develop and evaluate the design of systems

Create Structural models and assemblies

Building models for sub-systems and full robots from scratch on paper as well as in various software tools for Multibody Dynamics and Structural Analysis and Simulations

Study, understand and apply boundary conditions on the built models for various analysis

Performing the simulations and analysis on paper as well as using various software tools

Interpret, analyze, provide insights and document the results of the study

Requirements:

Data-driven mindset with excellent Mathematical skills and Concepts of Physics

Excellent knowledge of Kinematics of Machines, various Machine Elements and Strength of Materials

Expert at Mechanics, Finite Element Analysis, Multibody Dynamics with a good understanding of Vehicle Dynamics

Hands on experience with Meshing, Solvers, Post processing on software tools

Hands-on experience with MSC Adams, Ansys/Ansa or similar tools for Multibody Dynamics and Structural Analysis

Ability to analyze, understand and apply loads and boundary conditions required for linear and nonlinear analysis

Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink and Python scripts

Proactive, quick learning and capable of handling multiple tasks independently

Good to Have:

Certified Courses on software tools, preferably MSC Adams/MATLAB/Simulink/Ansys/Ansa

Knowledge of Heat, Vibrations and Acoustics and their analysis

Relevant experience in college level projects

Eligible candidates:

Desired Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/Related Engineering Streams, preferably from Tier 1 institute

Work Experience:0-2 years of experience in relevant domain
