Unique Infra Engineering - Senior Engineer - Tendering & Contracts (3-10 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in the area of contracting, post award management of contracts, procurements, sourcing, supply chain management in the field of Solar energy sector.
- Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid submission.
- They should have the knowledge of participation in all Public Sector Undertakings/ e-procurement websites and should have knowledge of Certifications, Clearances and registrations as well.
- Reviews and understands legal requirements of bid proposals and identifies key components necessary for contract compliance.
- Having complete company registration information and timely generation and arrangement of renewal Certificates.
- PPA Comparatives and detailed study report of all India.
- Checking and identifying Government subsidies/ Schemes, discussing with directors for processing if the schemes is found suitable.
- Making Tender Synopsis, preparing & submitting Tenders.
- They have better Knowledge of Business Development.
- Drafting work order terms for procurement further to be approved by directors before issue.
