One of the leading conglomerates having multi billion dollar business in the field of pharmaceuticals and life sciences, Agri products, polymers and retail, food services, etc. is looking for a Unit Head at Bharuch.
The Job Profile would be as follows:
Site Head role for complete Plant operations (2 Units having batch and continuous processes).
- To look after its two CGMP plants manufacturing cosmetic and pharmaceutical grade products. The company has more than 400 permanent employees, 250 contractual employees and 500 contract labourers. Most of the final products are used in agrichemicals and pharma chemicals industries.
- To ensure compliance with all internal and external safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- To maintain sound relationship with surrounding stockholders like Government officials, surrounding communities (through CSR).
- To instil Operational Discipline at the facility to assure that organizational best practices in EHS and operations excellence are maximized.
- Managing customer audit and its compliances. Addressing customer complaints with the help of QA and QC.
- Manage hiring, training and performance of plant operations. Managing People related training, employee relations, open house interaction with different committees, and enhancing capability & skill of the plant managers.
- Work across all levels of the organizations to achieve desired results.
Driving Initiatives like RC 14001, Safety Capacity Building, WCM, TMP, Six sigma.
