About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) in key strategic, operational, and financial initiatives. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Support : Assist CMD in driving key business priorities, follow-ups, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Reporting & Analytics : Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, and data-driven presentations to support executive decision-making.
Legal & Stakeholder Coordination : Handle customer escalations, liaise with legal teams for compliance and documentation, and track ongoing legal cases.
Confidential & Financial Management : Manage confidential matters, CMD's personal finance tracking, and asset management records.
Process Automation & AI Integration : Implement automation in MIS and compliance; leverage AI tools for analytics, market research, and business insights.
Meetings, Travel & Event Coordination : Plan CMD's schedule, meetings, travel, and logistics; ensure readiness for management reviews and guest visits.
CSR - Michael Foundation: Coordinate CSR initiatives, manage promotional activities, and prepare CSR performance reports.
Business Analytics: Analyze operational trends, monitor revenue and budget performance, and provide insights to enhance organizational efficiency.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in Finance, MIS, Compliance, and Operations
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, automation, and data analytics
- Expertise in Governance, Budget vs Actual Analysis, and Revenue Control
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
