UPL Limited - Assistant Manager - Demand Planning - Agrochemical/Pharma/FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Education: BE, MBA preferred
Relevant Experience: Working Experience on APO DP module must, Implementation experience desired, Background in Agrochemical / Pharma / FMCG desired.
Knowledge :
- Basic understanding of APO DP design / SNP - PPDS preferred
- Statistical modeling in APO
- S & OP Process
Behavioural Skills :
- High standard of communication skills both written and verbal desired
- Outspoken and is able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Have skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Result Oriented
- Continuously improve Forecast accuracy and achieve the desired level by defined time frame.
- Generation of MIS (Forecast accuracy, Inventory, S & OP dashboard)
- Inventory Management
- Support region in achieving sales budget by effective and timely demand planning
- New self-driven initiatives and developments
