V-Access - Senior Manager - Engineering & Production (7-10 yrs)
Job Name : Senior Manager
Department : Engineering and Production
Reporting to : Director
Location : IMT Manesar
Shift Timing : 8:00 - 17:45 for Day Shift
Saturday off : Two Saturdays off.
- Transport and Canteen Facility: Not Available. Employees has to manage / arrange their own lunch and transport.
- Preference : Male candidates only.
Experience required : Minimum 10 years in production preferably in textile company.
Education Requirement : B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Textile.
Industry : Auto -Textile
Salary : Negotiable. Maximum 20-30% hike on current CTC.
Skills required :
- Person should be a team leader and must mentor a team of 25-30 people in staff and 200-250 workers.
- Should have strong knowledge of PPC (Production planning control).
- Should know how to plan manpower for running enough lines accordingly to achieve the target of production on daily basis. Knowledge of documentation required according to certifications of ISO, OHSAS and EMS. Should be able to handle clients (OEMs) audits, visits independently.
- Should to able to understand company's goal and help company to grow by doing developments like induction of new machinery, process etc.
