We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer - Hardware Design to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and delivering industrial automation projects, with a strong focus on control systems and electrical hardware design. This role requires solid technical expertise, hands-on design experience, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver reliable and efficient engineering solutions.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering & Electrical Panel Design

- Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Control Engineering

- Mandatory hands-on experience in:

- EPLAN (Electric P8)

- EPLAN Pro Panel

- AutoCAD Electrical

Strong knowledge of:

- PLC, VFD, RIU-based control panels

- MCC, power and control panel design

- Control & power wiring, interlocks, and protection circuits

Understanding of:

- Electrical standards (IEC, IS, etc.)

- Earthing, grounding, and safety practices

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop electrical hardware and control system panels

Prepare and review:

1. Electrical schematics

2. Wiring diagrams

3. Panel layouts

4. BOMs using EPLAN & AutoCAD Electrical

 Perform hardware design calculations such as:

1. Load calculation

2. Cable sizing

3. Power distribution planning

 Implement safety features including:

1. Safety PLC concepts

2. STO (Safe Torque Off)

3. Proper earthing and grounding

 Select and integrate field devices such as:

1. Sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, breakers

- Coordinate with project, commissioning, and site teams

- Support troubleshooting during testing, commissioning, and handover

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines
