Job Brief

The candidate will be responsible to execute multiple projects for Low Voltage and associated systems in industrial building environments within timeline & budget. He should have hands on experience of project execution along with sound technical knowledge of LV systems such as CCTV, FAS, IBMS, Access control etc. He should be proficient with project planning, scheduling, financials, quality work, documentation, customer coordination, contractor management & internal team interface.
 
Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Project Planning, execution, installation, commissioning and handover to customer in timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Project reviews, site reviews & working closely with internal teams and vendors to drive project closures.

- Ensuring quality installation of system.

- Customer coordination, DPR, bar charts development & updations, monthly revenue plan and collection follow ups.

- Managing & developing assigned internal team along with sub-contractor.

- Project scheduling - knowledge of MS Project Software, MIS

Achieving annual business plan - Revenue to collection cycles. Work with intra-departments to enable meeting annual business plans.

- Project Budgeting, project cost tracking and will be responsible for individual project P&L.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Diploma or Graduate in any engineering field

- 8-12 years experience in a relevant field

- Sound knowledge of project execution for LV systems

- Key activity visualization, understand upcoming site indicators, task prioritization, follow-ups

- Ability to guide site engineers and technicians

- Effective customers communication and managing customer expectations

- Vendor & Sub-Contractor Management, Team Management
