Valiant Organics - Manager - Maintenance (12-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Carry out all the maintenance activities as per the given plan procedure.
- Maintain all the relevant records entrusted to them.
- Supervise the work of subordinates & contract labors & companies employees.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of all the equipment's & maintain Records.
- Control of maintenance expenses.
- Maintain the mutual co-ordination with all the relevant departments.
- Identifies training needs of staff and arranging for the training as per the identified needs.
- Identify the OH&S hazards and Environmental aspects for activities of the department and carry out risk assessment of the same.
- Ensure communication of OH&S hazards and environmental aspects relevant to the employees.
- Ensure that necessary measures are implemented to control / mitigate OH&S hazards and environmental aspects.
- Review the external and internal SHE inspection / audit reports and to develop, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain all scrubbers and follow preventive maintenance schedule.
- Ensure all pumps are leak proof and corrective preventive actions are taken.
Qualification : BE Chemical/Mechanical
Candidate from Chemical/Pharmaceutical/API industries preferred.
