Valiant Organics - Mechanical Manager (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Handle End to end project encompassing, planning, engineering, design, costing, vendor management and deliver utilities relievable to ensure customer satisfaction & at the most optimized cost.
2.Responsible for source and process planning including plant oper ation and maintenance of the following :
- DM, DI & RO Plant
- Air Compressor and Dryers
- Nitrogen Plant
- Refrigeration System including screw chillers & VAM System
- Fire Hydrant System operation and maintenance
- HAVC
- Cooling Tower System
- Water and condensate management
- Responsible for overall project execution in coordination with project team, designer and vendor.
- Preventive maintenance & coordination with other service department
- Distillation column maintenance experience
Qualification : BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech Mechanical Engineering
