Job Description :

- Meet production goals by diligent performance tracking of operations team and collaboration with support functions within the organization

- Develop resources to meet the business exigencies and ensure preparedness of the operations team to meet customer requirements

- Ensure preventive maintenance prioritization for process optimization and minimizing breakdown

- Review potential hazards and mitigate control measures to prevent any accidents or incidents of the plant

- Establish a safe, transparent and constructive culture that recognizes and rewards performance

- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant and wellfield operations

- Coordinate with the supply chain management of the timely availability of the raw materials and dispatch of finished goods

- Ensure high customer engagement by addressing customer complaints and soliciting feedbacks on a regular basis

- Ensure continuous up gradation of the general plant condition in collaboration with the engineering & process team to optimize production and minimize costs

- Comply with legal & statutory requirements, ISO/OHSAS standards and safety standards

- Focus on performance indicators and their compliance i.e. Zero Breakdown & ZeroXposur

- Implement 100 % Zero tolerance points, and initiate stern resolving steps towards non-adherence

- Ensure implementation of project under the respective territory within the specified budget and time

- Monitoring product quality and standards of the product and ensure the finished goods are as per the specification

Qualification : BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech Chemical
