Position : Production Manager - Pepsi

JOB DESCRIPTION :

You will ensure that Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Motivation requirements are met through effective management of team members. You will have enough skills, resources and tools needed to develop daily work and make decisions autonomously and achieve business needs and targets fast and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- On a weekly basis, report results and performance as part of the Production Leadership Team.

- Managing the key performance indicators, lead Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- Leading the Daily Management System, solving daily non conformities and elevating problems to the proper level and prioritizing short and long term actions and completion of action plans.

- Ensuring people safety through behavior based audits and participation in the culture change for zero incidents

- Leading initiatives to improve and sustain product quality and costs through implementation and training of standard operating procedures and standardized best practices.

- Directing the team of front line management to ensure alignment through communication, direction and goal setting, results measurement and regular feedback.

- Active participation in organization's employee selection, competence development, and performance evaluation.

- Driving teamwork and motivation through results-driven activities.

- Contributing to performance vision and defining targets.

- Building and implementing processes and projects to reach predefined targets

- Trains, coaches and provides problem solving tools to the operational teams to create a culture of fact-based decision-making and analytical skills

- Coaches Shift Supervisors regarding Food Safety, Quality, Cost and Problem Solving

- Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience :

- B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical with 10+ Years min experiences in high speed Soft drinks industry with multiple lines.
