Job Summary :
- Strong Understanding of Vehicle Dynamics of four and two wheelers.
- Good understanding of different types of suspensions and steering systems.
- Highly skilled in building models of templates, subsystems and Full vehicle models in Adams/car and motion view
- Suspension Hardpoints & Bush stiffness optimization based on Suspension K&C targets.
- Ride and Handling Simulations & tuning of springs, bumpstop, shock absorber to achieve the targets.
- Suspension & Full vehicle Static & Dynamic durability Loads based on RLDA measurements.
- Good experience in DOE studies
- Tire modeling (Pac & Ftire) for Handling and ride comfort studies
- Virtual Roads to predict the durability Loads
- Test data analysis & Correlations.
- Flex body modeling.
- Co-simulation studies.
- Automation using cmd and python scripts.
- Strong ability to embrace the work under pressure so as to meet the project timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Two and four wheeler vehicle dynamics simulations.
- Suspension kinematic & Compliance analysis.
- Steering System analysis
- Full vehicle Ride and Handling simulations.
- Carry out DOE studies.
- Coordinating with the testing teams to correlate the CAE findings with the test results. Support in defining the boundary conditions and monitoring zones( hotspots)
