Vehicle Engineer/Manager - Quality Management (4-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Quality issue understanding, analysis and follow up with the teams for closure.
2. Warranty data analysis and its concerns about the issue
Technical/Functional Requirements :
1. DFMEA concept and understanding of its takeaways.
2. Understanding of horizontal Deployments, Kaizen, Design Guidelines - which will be outcomes of certain Q issues.
3. Testing and Validation - Related candidate will require knowledge about vehicle side tests performed, how issues are tracked, and they are closed.
4. Basic knowledge about virtual validation (CAE) - how load cases are considered, how results are correlated in relation to the issue.
5. TPM concept as such - knowledge is essential
Competency Requirements :
1. Responsible for inspection of all incoming part from supply chain vendors and internally produced components/ vehicles to meet the quality standards and systems requirements
2. Responsible for implementing all relevant procedures described in QMS and ensure compliance of the vehicles.
3. Must ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet certification needs
Educational Qualification Required for the position : B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech / PhD Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 70 % marks throughout academics (SSC, HSC, Diploma, Graduation etc) is mandatory.
NOTE :
1. The candidate will Report to Divisional Manager.
2. The candidate will be in QM vehicle Team.
