Vehicle Integration (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities/Skills Required include -
1) The job involves ensuring proper integration of battery packs and motor drives into electric vehicles and testing the same. The tasks involved in integration include:
a) Ensuring mechanical fit as per requirements
b) Interfacing thermal management system interactions
c) Securing electrical interfaces
d) Setting up communication protocols
e) Tuning of parameters and
f) Ensuring proper working of the - integrated- system
2) Experience in electro-mechanical systems of high complexity.
3) Experience in integration /testing of electric vehicles preferred.
4) Hands on experience with mechanical fixtures, electrical measuring instruments, communication/debug tools and data gathering systems essential.
