Vendor Executive (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- To identify and enlist vendor for the material and share the requirement
- To make the comparative of vendor quotation based on terms and conditions like delivery, warranty/guarantee, price, quality, freight etc.
- Prepare the PO and place the order.
- Coordinating the supplier regarding material Status & Delivery time.
- Check & Verify the material according to PO & Pass the Invoice.
- Coordinating The Accounts Department regarding vendor payment timely.
- Follow up with supplier for Delivery/ Rejection / Shortage.
- Maintain Monthly & weekly MIS of Raw Material/stock level /order placed and payment reconciliation
Salary : INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
