Vendor Manager - Procurement/Sourcing (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.

- Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.

- Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.

- Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.

- Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfillment.

- Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods, and policies for applying vendors.

- Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged.

- Monitor contractual agreements for all vendors and support to explore expansion across new business lines.

- Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes.

- Develops, implements and manages contracts and service level agreements for the procurement of goods, services, and leases.

Requirements :

- Knowledge of leading practices in procurement and strategic sourcing as well as operational models for shared services programs

- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end supply management processes including competitive bidding, contract management, supplier performance management, and life-cycle costing processes.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship management skills to engage others, build consensus and resolve issues

- Able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Proficient computer skills with advanced skills in MS Office applications including Excel

- Languages required are English, Kannada, Hindi
