1. Vertical Head - Execution QSR Brands Like Dominos, KFC, MacD and Taco Bell.
2. No of Positions : 01.
3. Location : Head Office Sultanpur Metro Station, New Delhi.
Qualification : B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Or Barch, Bachelor in Designing.
Skills :
1. Person must have excellent knowledge of Understanding the site work, Planning and arranging of Materials, Manpower for sites.
2. Site Handover to client, Submission and Verification of Measurements sheets.
3. Excellent knowledge of Xcel, advance Xcel is must.
4. Good Knowledge of AutoCad is a must. Person should be able understand and make Layouts, Working, As built Drawings in AutoCad.
Experience : Min 10 years of Experience in a contracting Company working for QSR Brands like Dominos, Taccobell, MAcD and KFC. Person should have completed at least 10 sites of Dominos, Taccobell, MacD and KFC.
Compensations : Rs. 6 to 8 Lacs per annum. There can be a good PLI amount also for the suitable candidates willing to work long term.
Person should be able to handle at least 5,6 Projects at different locations independently. which includes Quoting tenders, Meeting Customers, resolving Queries of the site teams, Meeting and appointing Labour Contractors, Negotiating Rates with Supplier and Contractors, Making LOIs, agreements and work orders.
