Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and highly - Creative Designer to lead the design direction across all our residential projects. This role requires deep expertise in interior architecture with a strong appreciation and working knowledge of Indo-Portuguese design sensibilities. You will collaborate closely with the Promoter and the lead design team to craft visually stunning, culturally rich, and functional spaces that reflect the unique Vianaar aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Propose interior layouts and spatial planning for luxury residential homes.

- Develop design concepts and themes in line with Vianaar's signature aesthetic.

- Collaborate with the lead designer to finalize the overall interior architecture and experience of each home.

- Design detailed elements such as ceilings, lighting layouts, and wall elevations.

- Conceptualize and detail bathroom designs, including material selection, washbasins, fixtures, and fittings.

- Create flooring concepts and presentations for internal approvals and client showcases.

- Design cabinetry elements including kitchens, vanity counters, and internal doors.

- Prepare a complete design concept package to support the creation of working drawings.

- Review and approve final design drawings and presentations before implementation.

- Coordinate with site teams for material and sample selections.

- Conduct intermittent site visits to ensure accurate execution of designs and approve materials on-site.
