Vianaar Homes - Manager - Real Estate Project (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Work at the given project plan, based on the same, keeping in the lead time required and the date by when the items are required at the site for each project and also the project as a whole, with detailed time scheduled.
2. Project Execution for finishing/Interior works should be well versed with Interior Fit-Out, wood work, Flooring, False Ceiling, Plumbing, Electrical services and Civil work
3. Reading and understanding all Civil, Interior and MEP related drawings
4. Contractor/Material Management and handling all interior execution work as per approved drawings.
5. Measurement, preparation of estimates and bills of quantities / contractor's billing
6. Quality control to check completed/in progress interior work. Identify the error and getting it rectified by respective Vendor
7. Maintain safe secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
8. Responsible from initiation to completion and handing over of the project.
9. Capable of handling more than 1 project
Experience : 5-8 yrs
Package : upto 6 LPA
