Job Description : Architect Assistant- Delhi
We are looking to hire an Sr. Architect who can lead a team 3-4 people primarily focused on interiors package for multi dwelling holiday home residential units in North Goa. Prior experience in high end residential and hospitality interiors is a must.
Expectation :
1. Senior Architect should be well versed with :
A. Interior Design Details and Drawings
B. Hospitality and High End residential Interior standards.
C. Able to manage a team of assistant architects and multiple projects at one time.
2. The applicant should be :
A. Able to understand Interior Design Details and Drawings.
B. Able to Able to manage a studio team and meet deadlines.
C. Complete full working drawings with the help of team members from sketches given for GFC drawings at site.
3. Post finalization of design :
A. Coordinate and instruct team members to create a working drawing set for Electrical, False Ceiling, Plumbing and Power Drawings.
B. In phase 2 of the project the AC Indoor and Outdoor unit locations, brick work, paneling, special walls and exposed brickwork drawings will be issued.
C. Phase 3 of a project will include Bathroom and Flooring Drawings as well as Tile calculations and plumbing fixture lists for the same.
D. Phase 4 would include further details like railings, doors, kitchen etc or any other such details required for the project
4. Manage and efficiently use a team of 3-4 assistant architects to achieve chief interior set in a stipulated time.
5. Once a project is kicked off, ensure drawing schedule is met for each of the project under him/her.

A. AutoCAD
B. Sketch up
B. Microsoft Office
Experience : 8 yrs.
Package : 9-11 LPA
Location : New Friends Colony (South Delhi)
