Experience : 18+ Years into Railway Project management.

Qualification : B.Tech

Area of responsibilities :

Physical progress : Advance planning (activity /Resource) & monitoring through MSP .

Identification of critical path /resource proper arrangement. monitoring /review of plan on daily /weekly /monthly basis

Commercial : Budgeted revenue /client billing /collection from client /cash flow /budget /cost reeducation /vendor billing sub contractor management

Store management : monitoring inventory control/store through SAP /daily monitoring of critical item and implementation of SOP

Human resource : Annual/Projects recruitment plan / Demobilization plan /Training & development of all team members .statutory compliance

Procurement : Budget control through procurement annual /projects budget plan and monitoring. Complete purchase requisition through SAP. Vendor assessment and development. Interaction with finance for development of PO to get maximum tax benefit to the company implementation of SOP.

Quality : Development & implementation of work methodology & quality check. Identification of hold point. Development of Quality plan for different type of work.

Safety : development & implementation of work methodology & safety check identification of hold points. identify risk area and take proper precaution. Development of safety plan for different type of work

Contract management : claim management, implementation of SOP claim, correspondent to client and vendor on contract matters.

Skills :

- Knowledge in Primavera /MS projects

- Exposure to commerical aspect of the project

- Knowledge of statutory compliance related to site like labour law .PF, Taxation, Insurance etc
