A leader in transport and logistics in looking for Vice President - Operations
Ensure Smooth function and operation, ensuring business to grow Monthly/Quarterly / Yearly through excellent customer service
Main Responsibilities :
- Prepare detail business plan as per company format and present to SLT/Management
- Achieving targets as per business plans
- Operations planning and fleet management, ability to manage hub & spokes model etc.
- Control Operations and ensure load factor targets are achieved
- Control damage and shortage and ensure it is reduced and in line with target
- Manage business process and administration and ensure smooth function of operation department
- Team building and ensure increase productivity and morale
- Maintenance, cleanliness of warehouses and ensuring health, environment and safety of handling staff etc.
- 10+ Years in managing operations and handling large team in Transport/ Logistics organization.
