Position : Vice President - Steel Plant Operations
Experience : 25+ years in Steel Plant Operations.
Qualifications : B.E - Metallurgy (Full time).
Location : Hyderabad/ Tirupati, AP.
Responsibilities :
1) To Head the Plant Operations and achieve committed results.
2) As per AOP to Achieve targeted Production with Quality.
3) Conversion cost to improve in new cost control initiatives.
4) To Head new projects in the plant and Complete within the timelines.
5) To Score best ratings at Employee engagement Surveys & ICSS Survey of the plant.
6) Introduce new Automation and Technology for ease of production (At least 1 per Quarter).
7) Candidate who handled Green flied as well as Brown filed projects.
8) Has the ability to communicate in private and in public, with demonstrable leadership skills.
- Age not more than 55 years.
- Immediate Joining or with in 15 - 30 days preferred.
- Must be ready to relocate.
