Preferred Profile: Ex-Army Officer (Retd. Major / Colonel Rank)

Salary: 22 to 24 lpa

Role Objective:

- To lead and institutionalize a zero-compromise vigilance culture across all factories by deploying strategic surveillance systems, security intelligence, and disciplined on-ground teams.

- The Vigilance Head will serve as the commanding authority for plant-level security, integrity, and preventive vigilance, ensuring uninterrupted operations and safeguarding company assets and people.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a centralised vigilance framework for all factory locations.

- Real-time camera monitoring, recording audits, identifying threats, and digital reporting.

- Deploy, train, and discipline in-house/external security teams (guards, gatekeepers, patrol). Investigate security breaches, theft, misconduct with root cause analysis and swift action.

- Ensure biometric entry, visitor tracking, vehicle checks, and unauthorized access alerts. Manage discreet investigations and employee surveillance for misconduct or policy breach. Drill planning, crisis simulation, fire response protocols, and evacuation mapping.

- Weekly reports on incidents, security gaps, response time, and action taken status.

Requirements: 

Ex-Army Preferred: - Retired from Indian Armed Forces (Rank: Captain / Major / Lt. Colonel or equivalent)

- Minimum 10- 15 years of experience including 3- 5 years in industrial/commercial security

- Proven record of handling multi-location vigilance, factory surveillance systems, and team control

- High integrity, robust physical & mental endurance, and mission-oriented mindset

- Familiarity with modern security technology (NVR, remote monitoring, GPS fencing, etc.)

Work Conditions:

- On-ground audits in factory zones, especially during high-risk hours (night/weekend)

- Requires readiness for emergency mobilization 24x7

- Will involve frequent travel across factory clusters (UP, Punjab, etc.)
