Your responsibilities
Primary responsibilities
- Programming ABB robots in customer sites
- Making Sales simulations
- Cycle time study for robotic application
- Doing offline program
- Managing Industrial processes and Robotic application automation projects as assigned
Additional responsibilities
- Developing 3D layout for the robotic simulation
- Preparing detail 2D drawings using Auto Cad for the Robotics Applications
- Preparing 3D models using CAD software- s
- Documenting technically like product manuals, operator manuals for the projects execut-ed
- Interacting with customers to get project input details.
- Basic PLC skills
Your background
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in either a consulting engineering firm, simulation software like Robot Studio, Robcad etc
- Good on site experience -
Installing robot
- Developing and troubleshooting robot program.
- Robotic process knowledge
- Good Communication Skills and ownership of handling stakeholders/Cutomers
- Experience in off line programming
- Basic simulation experience
Good To have
- Experience in designing using 3D software's like Solid works, Catia V5, NX will be added advantage.
- Exposure to Robotics Automation, Automotive industry, General industry would be added advantage
- Sound knowledge of Factory Automation, SPMs, Robotics Applications
- Basic PLC skills
