VMC Operator Cum setter (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities
Machine setup: Set up and calibrate the VMC machine according to job requirements and blueprints.
Programming : Program the machine using G-code and CNC programming techniques based on design specifications.
Operation : Operate the VMC machine to produce parts, load and unload materials, and monitor the machining process.
Quality control : Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T, to ensure the final parts meet all specifications and quality standards.
Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and ensure the cleanliness of the machine to keep it in good working order.
Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the setup or operation of the machine.
Record-keeping : Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
