Job Purpose : Exploring feasibility to on-board new customers with commercially viable solutions.
Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities :
Feasibility SLA Compliance - 99% as per Last Mile TAT.
1. Fiber/UBR/Microwave feasibility - 3days
2. Desktop - 2days
3. OFFNET - 7days
Positive feasibility :
1. Wireline - 90% of the total scope
2. Wireless - 90% of the total scope
Commercially viable Feasibility - 65% for <10Mbps
- Midmile Bandwidth confirmation - as per requirement
1. Network coordination for Bandwidth confirmation
2. Route/Path details for bandwidth provisioning
3. Capex optimization
MIS Tracker and Report circulation - weekly
1. Feasibility closure SLA
2. Feasibility to Order conversion
3. High capex feasibility areas and optimization scope
4. Intimation to Network and TES team of the delivery timeline post Work Order release.
Feasibility for Service Improvement and Network requirements - as per requirement
1. Exploring feasibility for customer circuit rerouting due to Network, Customer, sales and other requirement - 100% of the cases
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :
1) Transmission NMS Knowledge of ECI and Huawei along with IP systems
2) Understanding of Customer application ecosystem & management
3) Excellent communication skills
Must have technical/ professional qualifications:B.E/B.Tech with 5-6 years of operational experience
