Vodafone Idea - Team Member - Switch Core Operations (2-8 yrs)
This position will be responsible for nodes under NLD / ILD . This include Transmission Hub location apart from NLD and ILD equipment available in Core MTX locations. Candidate will be responsible for New node integration, operation support like Hardware replacement, patch loading, Version upgrade, access issues. Also handling Inventory for NLD ILD equipment.
1. Responsible for maintaining 99.99% node availability
2. Support for planned activity from central team
3. Handling Inventory of spare management
4. New node integration, commissioning, testing and integration with SNOC
5. Escalation until resolution of outages due to hardware, fiber cuts, MTX-Infra etc.,
6.Coordination with other operator/BSNL for augmentation, customer complaint trouble shooting,
7. Coordination with Other operator for Leased line charges, port charges
8. Coordination with other function for transmission provisioning, CR raising
