VP - Design & Architecture (15-20 yrs)
- Prepare detail working drawings; achieve complete look & feel, equipment layout, kitchen, caf, auditorium etc for all new properties
- Source architects for projects; give design brief to out-sourced architects & coordinate for Design Specifications
- Finalize designs & material board and freeze the specs
- Ensure standardization of design across properties including colour variants
- Coordinate with Project Team for approval of materials & design drawings
- Define specs for Kitchen & Concession equipment layout & space
- Support Business Development team for feasibility of new properties;
- Provide inputs to Architects / Developers for new projects & up-gradation
Inspect quality of work/snagging at site; close and signoff from projects
